Movie sequel " The Amazing Spider - Man 2 " will be aired on the 2nd May 2014.But Sony Pictures was looking forward to announce that the third film " The Amazing Spider - Man 3 " will release on June 10, 2016 .
Not only the third film , even fourth film already had its official release date now that on 4 May 2018.
But the surprise is , it turns out later in the fourth film Spider - Man figure is no longer starring Andrew Garfield . This has been confirmed to Garfield through an interview when asked whether he would return in the fourth Spider-Man movie in 2018.
" I was already in a contract to star in the second movie again after this ... but for the fourth film ? There's nothing more I can do . But yeah , the most important thing I think we 've managed to build a world of Spider - Man so far , "stated Garfield .
Garfield 's decision to repeat the same scene with the cast of Spider - Man in a previous version of the Tobey Maguire .
Tobey has successfully starred in Spider - Man's Sam Raimi filmed 1-3 , but then stopped when Sony wanted to make a fourth film . Until then the Sony finally decided to do a reboot and repeat the story of Spider - Man from the beginning again in The Amazing Spider - Man
